Solo exhibition 2019

Our first solo exhibition was in Kyiv, in Saint Sophia Cathedral from May 17 to June 17.

The main idea of   the exhibition is experiments. We wanted to try a new technique for ourselves—a silk screen and through this technique to reveal an important topic for us, the topic of experiments of artists of the XX century—the founders of Ukrainian graphic design.

At the beginning of the last century the following artists worked on the book covers, fonts and graphics:

Vasil Krichevskyi, Georgii Narbut, Robert Lisovskyi, Anatolii Ponomarenko, Yakiv Gnizdovskyi, Volodymyr Yurchyshyn.
Each name is dedicated to the work. These works are made in the silk screen printing technique + live calligraphy with a pen and brush

The exhibition also featured our early works. And the opening was also good, people came, walking along the tiles and paths of ancient Sophia, wrapping their centuries-old serenity, smells of flowering, birds singing and visitors organically “poured” into the Brama halls with our calligraphy, silk-screen printing and mosaics. Thanks to everyone who came.
And thanks for your attention, guys!

Thanks for photo to Marina Bunich and Herman Einbinder. Special thanks to Serhii Zuiev, Liliya Bershova and OMШ Open Print Space
